Some transformations require stepping completely out of our daily environments - creating space to reconnect with our authentic expression away from habitual patterns and expectations. Our immersive experiences bring bright souls together in beautiful settings for deep rejuvenation and powerful breakthrough.

The Liberation Lab isn’t like any professional development you’ve experienced. This is coming home to yourself in the workplace. This is finding your flock of fellow bright souls who understand the journey. This is transforming constraint into authentic power.

Over six months, you’ll move through a carefully crafted container that balances structure with flow, individual growth with collective wisdom, practical navigation tools with soul-deep transformation.

What you’ll experience

Individual Transformation Through Collective Experience

Unlike traditional coaching or leadership programs, the Liberation Lab creates a powerful professional sanctuary for transformation through carefully curated flight formations. Participants become part of an intimate community of bright souls on similar journeys. This combination of individual support and collective wisdom creates exponentially more value than one-on-one coaching alone.

Depth Combined with Practical Application

The program’s unique structure alternates between deep exploration in Liberation Sessions and practical integration in Deep Dialogues. This rhythm ensures that insights translate into real behavioral change and professional impact. Participants develop concrete strategies for liberation while maintaining professional effectiveness.

Six-Month Investment in Lasting Change

Breaking down the investment over six months reveals a monthly comitment that’s comparable to executive coaching. However, the Liberation Lab offers far more: bi-weekly facilitated sessions, intimate group support, comprehensive materials, and a culminating in-person retreat. More importantly, it provides tools and frameworks that serve participants long after the program ends.

Questions You Might Have

  • The Liberation Lab doesn’t focus on surface-level skills or corporate polish. It begins with your lived experience and centers your humanity, not your performance. This is about confronting the internal and external forces that shape how you lead, live, and show up—and building a new way of being that is authentic, sustainable, and deeply rooted in who you are.

  • The full Liberation Lab journey spans twelve weeks, including orientation, core group sessions, integration support, and the culminating Freedom Flight retreat.

  • You’ll meet with your small cohort, or “flight formation,” once a week for 90-minute sessions. There may also be optional all-group gatherings and integration practices between sessions.

  • Your flight formation is a small, carefully curated group of fellow participants. It’s your intimate circle within the Lab where vulnerability, reflection, and transformation are safely held and witnessed. Each group is intentionally sized at 6 to 8 people to allow for meaningful connection and depth.

  • The Freedom Flight is a three-day, in-person retreat held in Tobago. It is a sacred closing of the journey and a celebratory space for integration, reflection, and rest. While attendance is optional, it is a profound part of the Lab for those who are able to join.

  • Details around pricing and travel logistics are coming soon. The retreat will have both inclusive and à la carte options depending on your needs.

  • The Liberation Lab is for high-achieving professionals, creatives, and founders who feel misaligned, stuck, or tired of performing a version of themselves that no longer feels true. It’s for those who are self-aware or seeking deeper self-awareness, and who are ready to shed survival strategies in favor of more liberated ways of living and leading.

  • Yes. We’re intentional about who joins each cohort to ensure a rich, safe, and transformative group dynamic. Applicants will complete a brief form and may be invited to a short conversation to explore fit.

  • We understand that life happens. While consistency is encouraged, all sessions will be recorded and available privately for your cohort. You’ll also receive integration resources to help you stay connected if you miss a gathering.

  • No. The Lab is open to all, but those who complete the program are invited to join the Birds Uncaged membership community at a special rate, with access to continued support and growth. And those who are already members of the Birds Uncaged community have discounted access.

  • Yes, as long as you have the space and energy to engage deeply. The Lab is unlike most leadership programs—it centers your inner life and lived story, not just your goals and achievements.

  • The Lab is not therapy, though it may feel therapeutic at times. It’s a guided process of self-exploration and liberation, facilitated by someone who holds space with care, insight, and lived experience.

  • Pricing options will be released soon and will include a one-time payment and a monthly plan. We aim to keep the experience accessible without compromising depth, quality, or care.

  • Absolutely. We’re happy to provide language or documentation you can share with your employer if you'd like to request sponsorship or professional development funding.
